Payment
Payment by bank cards is made through Alfa-Bank ZAO. Cards of the international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, and the BELKART payment system are accepted for payment. You can also make payments via Apple Pay or Samsung Pay services.
Payment and personal data security
The security of making a payment is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over secure channels. The card data is entered on the bank's secure authorization page. In order to pay, you need to enter the card details: number, cardholder's name, expiration date and a three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is the three digits on the back of the card. If the card supports 3DSecure technology or an Internet password for BELKART cardholders, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code. When paying with Apple Pay, select a card from the Wallet, use a passcode or other authentication technique, depending on which method is selected in the app. When placing an order with Samsung Pay, click "Pay with Samsung Pay", enter your Samsung Account, and confirm the purchase on your smartphone (using your fingerprint, iris, or Samsung Pay PIN). The personal information you provide (for example: name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number, etc.) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. The card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this Internet resource.
Refund policy
When paying with a bank payment card, a refund in cash is not allowed.

Payments with the consumer upon the return of the amount of money paid for the goods, upon termination of the contract for the performance of work (provision of services) are carried out in the same form in which the payment for the goods, work (services) was made, unless otherwise provided by the agreement of the parties.

The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems. The procedure for returning goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 N 90-Z "On Protection of Consumers' Right ".

* The consumer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of transfer of the goods to him/her;

* The consumer has the right to unilaterally refuse to perform the contract for the provision of services, on condition of paying the contractor the actual expenses incurred by him, unless otherwise provided by law.

* The consumer's demand for the exchange or return of a quality good is subject to satisfaction if the product was not in use, its consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller.

* The list of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange and return is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.

The refund will be made to the bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the "Application for a Refund" by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. For the error refund, you must apply with a written application and attach receipts confirming the error transfer of funds.
